Yoga aims to strengthen our bodies, improve our flexibility, by opening and releasing tightness and tension often held in our muscles and tissue. Through breath awareness and relaxation we are encouraged to calm and rebalance our busy lives.
The classes will focus on modern techniques and alignment to aid a safe and accessible practice for all levels and abilities.
NB. Monday classes will be taught on alternate weeks by Sam Tan and Muriel Muller.
