YOGA IS FOR EVERY BODY

Yoga aims to strengthen our bodies, improve our flexibility, by opening and releasing tightness and tension often held in our muscles and tissue. Whether in energising yoga flow or slow held yin poses, breath awareness or relaxation we are encouraged to calm and rebalance our busy lives.

All classes will focus on modern techniques and alignment to aid a safe and accessible practice for all levels and abilities.

In these uncertain times that we are currently living through, it is vital we all find ways to support our overall well-being both physically and emotionally. Yoga is a wonderful tool to help us reset our bodies and minds so that we are better able to deal with and adapt to the ever changing new ways we must live our lives.
