YOGA IS FOR EVERY BODY
Yoga aims to strengthen our bodies, improve our flexibility, by opening and releasing tightness and tension often held in our muscles and tissue. Through breath awareness and relaxation we are encouraged to calm and rebalance our busy lives.
These Hatha yoga flow classes will focus on modern techniques and alignment to aid a safe and accessible practice for all levels and abilities.
