Yoga aims to strengthen our bodies, improve our flexibility, by opening and releasing tightness and tension often held in our muscles and tissue. Whether in energising yoga flow or slow held yin poses, breath awareness or relaxation we are encouraged to calm and rebalance our busy lives. ​All classes will focus on modern techniques and alignment to aid a safe and accessible practice for all levels and abilities.
