Teen & Children's Yoga

After qualifying to teach Yoga to Children and Teenagers, my goal was to teach yoga in schools. This way children can be exposed to yoga from an early age and begin to see the benefits for themselves.

I have been fortunate to teach yoga classes in the local schools. This has included teaching yoga as part of the PE curriculum, well being workshops and after-school clubs. These schools include Teddington School, Twickenham School, Hinchley Wood School, Grey Court School, St. Richard Reynolds School, Richmond Upon Thames School, Radnor House, Marshgate Primary School and Hampton Wick Nursery and Infants School.

I have found this immensely rewarding and the feedback from staff, parents and most importantly the students has been incredibly positive. Yoga really is for everyone!
