Beginner's Yoga Course

Interested in starting yoga and want to get a handle on the basics?

A gentle introduction to basic yoga postures & safe alignment, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to start you off on your yoga journey.

There are x5 classes of 75 minutes, during this time we will cover;

  • basic yoga postures for developing strength and flexibility

  • focus on safe alignment to avoid injury and explore modifications and variations. 

  • breathing exercises to improve energy and focus

  • relaxation techniques to calm and still the mind

The aim is for you to feel confident to be able to join a regular yoga classes.

 

The class is for only 3 people, it will be a relaxed space where you can ask questions as we go along and take time to develop your confidence and understanding of yoga.
