Beginner's Yoga Course
Interested in starting yoga and want to get a handle on the basics?
A gentle introduction to basic yoga postures & safe alignment, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to start you off on your yoga journey.
There are x5 classes of 75 minutes, during this time we will cover;
basic yoga postures for developing strength and flexibility
focus on safe alignment to avoid injury and explore modifications and variations.
breathing exercises to improve energy and focus
relaxation techniques to calm and still the mind
The aim is for you to feel confident to be able to join a regular yoga classes.
The class is for only 3 people, it will be a relaxed space where you can ask questions as we go along and take time to develop your confidence and understanding of yoga.
